Description

Bring your insurance card and photo ID. Costs are billed to your health plan. (If you are uninsured, please inform your scheduler; you may qualify for our Free Mammogram Program.) You must be age 40+ and be able to use steps and stand for the exam. ( Patients 35-39 should check with their insurance for coverage.) It must be at least a year since your last screening mammogram. You must have no current breast issues or a history of breast cancer.
